Carlsquare advises the VERTIKOM Group, one of the leading providers of sales outsourcing and marketing services in the GSA-region, on its acquisition by ASM Group SA, the market leader in sales outsourcing and marketing outsourcing services in Poland and Italy, listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange (“ASM Group”).
Since 5 June 2018, the VERTIKOM Group has a new main shareholder and has thus acquired a strategic partner to support it on its further growth course towards Europe.
After four years of partnership with Seafort Advisors the change from a private equity partner to an experienced strategist is implemented. With the ASM Group as a new partner, VERTIKOM will be able to provide its customers with reliable and comprehensive support beyond the DACH region
“The synergy effects resulting from the partnership with ASM secure our strong competitive position as a marketing agency with a sales focus. On the other hand, they
offer the optimal expansion conditions for the planned European course, especially towards Eastern Europe, which we will intensively pursue in the coming years,” says
Oliver Walter, CEO of VERTIKOM.
With its extensive service portfolio in the sales area, the ASM Group, based in Poland and Italy, is the counterpart to VERTIKOM Sales, which was previously primarily active
for customers in the DACH region.
“Thanks to the cooperation with ASM, we will be able to support our customers throughout Europe with an even more comprehensive range of services,” says CSO Gert Pieplow-Scholl. “This adds great value, especially for our global customers, who can now rely on our expertise and experience throughout Europe.”
“With the VERTIKOM Group we have been able to win the key player of marketing agencies with sales orientation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for us. We are thus in a position to gain a foothold in one of the most important European markets and to further develop our sales expertise to a decisive degree,” says Adam Stańczak, President of the ASM Management Board.
