Carlsquare opens office in Copenhagen by bringing an established corporate finance team on board

Carlsquare, a leading German M&A advisor, acquired the advisory activities of Carlsquare, including the team led by Anders Bo and Flemming C. Pedersen. This is the third international step from Carlsquare within twelve months, as Carlsquare acquired companies in both Stockholm and London in 2018. The vision of Carlsquare is to be the preferred partner for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to make important steps in their corporate development, by means of equity.

Carlsquare recognises a growing interest from German clients to invest and partner outside of Germany. The strong historical ties within trade between Germany and Denmark and given the significant number of successful Danish companies, the Danish market is therefore very interesting.
