Analysis Fastator: 34 per cent discount on NAV

Fastator increased its NAV/share by SEK 5 to SEK 69.6 in Q1 2019. This is explained by higher values on properties owned directly by the Company.. We raise our target price to SEK 56 per share (53) in our Base case scenario. Read the full report here (Swedish).
