The partner-managed Investment Bank Carlsquare has accepted Andreas Zetzsche as a partner from 1 January 2021. Mr. Zetzsche was Group Head of the RWE AG M&A division for many years and conducted many relevant M&A transactions, including capital market deals, from the headquarters in Essen. Previously, he was Managing Director of the European Chemical Group of Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. In London. Since 2018, Mr. Zetzsche has also supported the head of the Mergers & Acquisitions chair at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management as Chair Affiliate. Mr. Zetzsche will support Carlsquare with his extensive M&A-transaction experience.
Carlsquare is a partner-led investment bank that accompanies companies and their shareholders in the implementation of strategic goals. These include owner-managed medium-sized companies and market leaders, rapidly growing champions with disruptive technologies and business models, but also growth equity and private equity investors, family offices and corporations who want to grow and increase value with entrepreneurs.
