In the Business Services sector, 2021 highlights include advising Krongaard, a market leader in freelance enabled consulting, on its sale to Maxburg Capital Partners, and advising ctrl QS, a leading service provider helping global corporations roll out digital solutions, on its sale to Odewald KMU. We also advised the 3i Group on an investment in MAIT, a leading provider of innovative digital solutions, as well as Charterhouse Capital Partners on the investment in Telio, the European leader in the provision of technology and communication services to correctional facilities. Moreover we advised IKOR on the sale to Ufenau Capital, which was the platform acquisition for their buy-and-build strategy, resulting in the recent merger with matrix technology, forming the full-service IT holding company X1F.
