NORD Holding supports the PPS Group in the acquisition of Klebefieber.de
As part of an asset deal, the PPS Group acquires the entire business of Klebefieber.de GmbH. Founded in Berlin in 2009, Klebefieber.de sells a complex product portfolio of wall decorations, home accessories, photo products and gift ideas. In future, the acquisition of Klebefieber will complement the existing B2C online business of the PPS Group. Through its own e-commerce portal www.bilderwelten.de and other online channels (esp. Amazon and Otto) PPS successfully distributes digital print products in the field of interior design.
