During the workshop Carlsquare founders, partners and analysts of the London office will give you an insight into the day-to-day project management of an M&A consultancy. We will share how we work jointly with our fast-growing clients and as a team on complex corporate finance projects. Using a case study, you will experience how our interns and analysts are involved from day one in client and investor meetings, valuations, pitches, and the closing of deals.
