Foria acquires Turebergs Transport. Foria herewith strengthens its presence and its offer of transport services in construction, environment and distribution, especially in the Stockholm region. The acquisition reduces transport distances and thus climate impact.
Better logistics and shorter transport distances are an effect of Turebergs Transport operating from the north of Stockholm and Foria from the south. This reduces the climate impact and was decisive in a project in which the two companies are already cooperating. During the project, Foria and Turebergs Transport have become close and discovered great synergies from an acquisition. Turebergs Transport is being sold by owner Daniel Bergholtz, who will be proposed to join the board of Foria.
