The Nuremberg-based corporation I. K. Hofmann GmbH (Hofmann Personal) acquired 100 percent of the nemensis-jobboxx group. With almost 750m Euro revenues and approx. 22,500 employees, Hofmann Personal is one of the largest personnel service providers in Europe.
With this transaction, nemensis’ industry know-how will be established in the GSA-region as an own brand within the Hofmann Personal group. Moreover, the nemensis-jobboxx group will now provide their services to Hofmann-clients located in Switzerland.
